Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) – Stopwatch Urgent Care, Auburn AL

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician in Auburn, AL, a vibrant college city with a strong economy and growing population.

Expect a rotating 3-4 shift schedule (three 12-hour shifts one week, four the next), competitive pay ($115-$140/hr), no on-call duties, and a top-rated benefits package.

As the primary on-site physician, you will independently manage acute and episodic cases, perform procedures, order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients. Support includes established protocols, a dedicated team, and clinical leadership access.

Clinic features on-site diagnostics, electronic medical records, and efficient workflows, with an average of 3-4 patients per hour. Schedules are self-published, with additional shifts available with extra pay.

Qualifications include MD or DO license in Alabama, board certification or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS credentials. Urgent care or emergency medicine experience is preferred.
