Job Description

We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience for our independent small animal practices across two sites.

  • Enjoy a hands-on role with confidence in surgery and medical cases, actively participating in clinical decision-making.
  • Work within a supportive, nurse-led environment with a skilled nursing team and strong systems.
  • Opportunity to develop clinically, particularly in advanced orthopaedics like TPLO, with mentorship and ongoing training.
  • Participate in a structured out-of-hours profit-sharing scheme.

    • We offer a salary of £40,000-£50,000 DOE,
    full-time hours, 6 weeks’ holiday, private healthcare, EMI ownership pathway, and a culture focused on teamwork, quality, and professional growth.

    Schedule includes 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and participation in weekend OOH rota. Requirements include RCVS membership and UK work authorisation.
