Join a friendly, independent small animal practice in Worcestershire dedicated to supporting staff development and providing high-quality care.

Our team includes experienced vets, RVNs, SVNs, VCAs, and a supportive admin staff. We hold various accreditations, including dog-friendly, cat-friendly, rabbit-friendly, and RCVS accreditation, with state-of-the-art facilities like digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, and laser therapy.

We seek an experienced vet to work a 4-day week (with flexible part-time options), mainly during standard hours with a shared Saturday morning consults. No routine OOHs, but emergency care can be discussed.

Our structured days involve consulting, operating, and caring for inpatients, with designated operating days and time for complex cases.

Benefits include a salary of £40,000-£70,000, 6 weeks holiday, CPD allowance, professional fee coverage, pension, employee discount, and on-site parking.

Requirements: 2+ years veterinary experience, RCVS registration, proficiency in surgical techniques, excellent communication, compassionate approach, and teamwork skills.
