Join a friendly, independent, family-run small animal practice in Worcestershire that values staff support, professional growth, and a varied caseload.

Our experienced clinical team offers a collaborative environment with excellent facilities, including separate wards, digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and advanced equipment.

We seek a small animal vet with some experience to work a flexible 4-day week, with no routine OOHs, and opportunities for part-time work or emergency care if desired.

Our structured days include consulting, surgery, and medical case management, with dedicated operating days and support for complex cases.

Benefits include a salary of £40,000–£70,000, 6 weeks holiday, CPD allowance, and paid professional fees.

Ideal candidates are proficient in surgical techniques, excellent communicators, compassionate, and team-oriented, with at least 2 years’ veterinary experience and RCVS registration.
