We offer a structured, fully supported route into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) for veterinary surgeons. The programme includes 250 hours of expert-led CPD, interactive seminars, practical sessions, and clinical mentorship, helping you develop skills in shock management, fluid therapy, emergency surgery, and more. After completing the training, you can join an ECC clinic on a flexible rota working 30–40 hours per week, with a competitive salary starting at £42,250, rising to £60,000. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced sick pay, generous holiday allowance, CPD allowance, pension, and more.
