Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits

We offer a structured, fully supported Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) training programme for veterinary surgeons. The Cutting Edge programme includes 250 hours of CPD, hands-on practical sessions, interactive seminars, and clinical mentorship to develop skills in ECC. Highlights include training in shock management, fluid therapy, respiratory and neurological emergencies, ultrasound, and team communication. After completion, you’ll join an ECC clinic with flexible rota options working 30–40 hours per week, supporting work-life balance.

Starting salary is £42,250 for 8 weeks, increasing to up to £60,000 from week 9. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced sick pay, paid birthday and volunteering days, CPD allowance, pension, and more.
