We offer a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) through our Cutting Edge programme. This includes 250 hours of specialist CPD, an 8-week training with seminars, practical sessions, and mentorship, plus hands-on experience guided by senior clinicians. Core topics cover shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, neurological trauma, ultrasound, and clinical decision-making. After completion, you’ll join an ECC clinic with flexible rota options supporting work-life balance, working 30–40 hours weekly. The training salary is £42,250, rising to £60,000 from week 9.
