Location: Coventry, West Midlands | Permanent | Salary: £60,000

Join a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) as a Veterinary Surgeon. The Cutting Edge programme offers 250 hours of advanced CPD, practical seminars, and clinical mentorship to develop your ECC expertise. Program highlights include hands-on training, seminars, and experience at a dedicated support hub. Core topics cover shock management, fluid therapy, emergencies, trauma, ultrasound, and team communication. After completion, you can work full-time in an ECC clinic with flexible rota options supporting work-life balance. Starting salary is £42,250 during training, rising to £60,000 after.
